About Mrs. Thimgan:
I have a background rooted in business administration. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Secondary Education from Colorado State University. I am equipped with a diverse skill set and a passion for fostering both academic growth and personal development in my students. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where each student feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
We focus on academic excellence and cultivating essential life skills; such as critical thinking, professionalism, and resilience. I hope your students leave class with confidence in their employability and are more prepared for life outside of Dayspring.
My identity is in Jesus Christ; he is my sword, shield and anchor. Christ’s teachings of love, compassion, and kindness serve as the cornerstone of my approach to teaching and learning. I believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform your students as they are molded into disciples of Christ. I am committed to instilling Christ’s love for your students in our classroom community and fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding among each other.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns. I am here to support you and your child every step of the way.
Always and only for Christ,
Katie Thimgan
